Payment help
Include your public bid reference if you have one, the coin, the amount and the transaction ID. Describe what happened. Do not send another payment while waiting for a review.
Keep your private bid code, wallet password, private keys and recovery phrase to yourself. Support will never need your wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
Verify your bid privately
You can bid under an alias. To show support that you control a bid, enter its public reference and the private code you saved at checkout here. The resulting support reference confirms access to that bid without publishing your identity. An invoice or transaction ID alone is not proof of ownership.
Copy this support reference into your email with your request. Send it only to support@outbragger.com. Keep your original private bid code to yourself. This step does not send an email or issue a refund.
If you lost your private code, contact support anyway. We will review what other evidence is available; a refund cannot be promised until ownership, the payment and the destination have been checked. You can send a cancellation request before verification is complete.
